Nima Talaei Kamalabadi

I am a PhD student in Neuroscience, co-supervised by Dr. Stefan Kohler and Dr. Ali Khan. I hold a master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering. For my master’s thesis, I collaborated with Dr. Amirhossein Ghaderi from the University of Calgary to conduct a study using MRI data from the Human Connectome Project (HCP). We investigated the relationship between graph measures derived from the structural connectome and the Big Five personality traits. My research at Western University involves understanding individual differences in hippocampal structure and function and their relationship with hippocampus-dependent cognitive tasks..
